Prefer accountable capability over impressive recruitment activity. The useful shortlist question is not “Which tailor is hiring the most?” It is “Which supplier can identify the people already responsible for my pattern, fittings, delivery and corrections?”
For an executive assistant, the next deliverable should be a one-page before-deposit brief containing those responsibilities, the proposed fitting calendar, the exact garment specification and unresolved costs. For a difficult-fit buyer, unresolved technical ownership is a reason to seek more evidence or choose another commissioning route—not a reason to rely on a future hire.
The research establishes advertised roles and selected compensation bands. It does not establish US-executive demand growth, actual supplier payroll, filled vacancies, spare workshop capacity, comparative workmanship or a verified Vietnamese-workshop/US-fitting partnership. Those require the next stage of direct verification.
