Send one concise request that can become an attachment to the order.

I am considering one pilot business suit before any repeat order. Please confirm:

  1. The contracting seller, payment recipient and person accountable for corrections.
  2. Who measures, who cuts, who makes and who assesses the completed garment.
  3. Whether this quotation is for individual-pattern bespoke or made-to-measure, and how fitting changes reach the pattern.
  4. The cloth maker or merchant, collection, article/color reference, composition, weight and availability.
  5. The construction specification and whether substitutions require my approval.
  6. Each fitting stage, appointment date, location and the changes possible at that stage.
  7. The plan if an additional fitting or delayed delivery is required.
  8. The delivered-price inclusions, exclusions, payment milestones and import-cost responsibility.
  9. The assessment, alteration and remake or other remedy terms, including shipping, local-work authorization and claim deadlines.
  10. Confirmation that no additional garments will be cut until I approve the pilot and updated specification.

The seller need not use elaborate procurement language. A clear, attributable email and order attachment can be more useful for this assessment than a polished brochure.
